If you require customer support on a particular product, your first step should be our online knowledge base. It contains a wealth of information
about our product line and also the documentation for each item we sell. If your question is not answered there, then you should contact our customer support as follows:
All customer service requests are entered into our tracking system and are handled in the order they are received. Very often this means you will not receive an immediate reply, and we thank you
for your patience as we handle the requests in the proper order.
- From The Web : Click here to access our online customer service form. Your information will be automatically entered into our support queue.
- Within Second Life : Send an IM directly to Denalis Daehlie or Nyteshade Vesperia. Even if they are not online, your IM will be stored in our automated ticket system.
