X2 Cock Manual

Please Note: This Manual has been updated to include information relevant to Build 5 of the Xcite! X2 Cock. If your Xcite! X2 Cock are an older version, we invite you to take advantage of our free Upgrade process to bring your Xcite! X2 Cock up-to-date with the complete range of functionality described herein.

Congratulations on your purchase, and welcome to the world of Xcite!

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Complete and convenient on-line documentation is provided for help installing, using, customizing and upgrading your Xcite! X2 Cock. If you have questions on how to do any of these things, or if you experience problems with the Xcite! X2 Cock, please consult either the Quick Reference Guide or the Xcite! X2 Cock documentation accessible by clicking the 'Help!' button in the Xcite! X2 Cock Options menu, or by visiting http://www.getxcite.com/help.

Please Note: Your Xcite! X2 Cock makes use of some enhanced security features designed to make sure only approved Xcite! devices are able to affect your Xcite! parts. If you use your Xcite! X2 Cock with an Xcite! HUD Control Panel, you will need to make sure your Xcite! HUD Control Panel is Build 3 or later for it to be able to interact with your Xcite! X2 Cock. If you do not have Build 3 or later you can upgrade your Xcite! HUD Control Panel by clicking the 'Upgrade' button, which is located in the Options menu of your Xcite! HUD Control Panel, while standing close to the Upgrade Center at the Eventide Island Xcite! store. The upgrade is free. Other people seeking to access your Xcite! X2 Cock remotely through their own Xcite! HUD Control Panels will also need to have Build 3 or later. If someone reports that they cannot see your Xcite! X2 Cock in their Xcite! HUD Control Panel menu and they have already tried re-Targeting you, suggest that they upgrade their Xcite! HUD Control Panel.

GETTING STARTED

In order to use your Xcite! X2 Cock just wear it. It's that simple! By default your Xcite! X2 Cock is designed to attach to your Pelvis attachment point. If this attachment point is in use and you would prefer to attach your Xcite! X2 Cock to another attachment point, simply left click the Xcite! X2 Cock in Inventory before wearing it and select 'Attach to...' from the radial menu. From there, select the attachment point you wish the Xcite! X2 Cock to use. Some adjustment of position and rotation may be necessary if you change the attachment point. Keep in mind when choosing a new attachment point that not all points will be appropriate to use for your Xcite! X2 Cock because different attachment points move differently with respect to the rest of the body - you won't want your Xcite! X2 Cock to "float around" as you walk, for example. The Stomach attachment point makes a good alternate spot for the Xcite! X2 Cock.

We do recommend a few things right off the bat to make this Xcite! X2 Cock truly your own. Since your Xcite! X2 Cock is modifiable, we recommend that you customize it and make it truly yours!

TEXTURES

Your Xcite! X2 Cock comes with the ability to change its texture - for example, to include a tattoo, a special finish, or even a realistic skin texture. By default, your Xcite! X2 Cock comes with a small selection of textures to choose from. To change the texture of your Xcite! X2 Cock select the 'Textures' button from the Xtras menu after left clicking your Xcite! X2 Cock. From here, simply select the texture you would like to apply to your Xcite! X2 Cock. To restore the default texture or remove the existing texture, select the 'Default' button from the Textures menu.

You will be able to add new Xcite! Texture Packs to your Xcite! X2 Cock over time. Keep an eye out for new textures as they become available at the Xcite! store on Eventide Island.

Please note: at this time we will not be able to accommodate requests for custom Texture Packs. We welcome suggestions for new packs that we can develop and will do our best to provide a wide and varied selection of Texture Packs, but will not be able to address individual requests.

ADJUSTING THE COLOR

To change the color of your Xcite! X2 Cock, left click on it, select 'Options...' from the menu that appears and then select 'Color Cock'. A Color Control Panel will appear in world near your avatar. Simply click on the colored circle that most closely approximates the color you want and your Xcite! X2 Cock will change to that shade.

If none of the samples are sufficient, you may specify a custom color by speaking aloud something like the following:

color 255 255 255

where the three numbers represent red, green and blue as numbers that go from 0 to 255. This is a common convention you can find in most paint applications. You will need to speak this command while the Color Control Panel is visible. If the Color Control Panel disappears before you are satisfied with your color choice, simply choose it again from the menus.

Once you are done, you may press the 'Done' button on the control panel, or simply walk away. The Color Control Panel will automatically vanish within 30 seconds in the absence of interaction.

PLEASE NOTE: the Color Control Panel will NOT operate in a sim that has scripts turned off, that does not allow you to build, or that is maxxed out in prims. Also, it may not appear, or may appear delayed, in laggy areas.

RENAMING YOUR COCK

Next, go ahead and change the name. We're not vain...the Xcite! name in your Xcite! X2 Cock's title is convenient for selling, but now you should change it to make it your own. We recommend something along the lines of "Fred's Cock", as this will allow emotes to look right when sent to spatial ("Mary strokes Fred's Cock" rather than "Mary strokes Xcite! X2 Cock", for example).

To change the name of your Xcite! X2 Cock simply right-click on it in your Inventory and select 'Rename' from the menu. If you do not get the option to 'Rename', you will need to place the Xcite! X2 Cock on the ground (drag it from your inventory to the ground while you are not wearing it), right click on it and select 'Edit' from the radial menu. In the Edit dialog box select the 'General' tab (if you do not see a 'General' tab click the 'More' button), and then type in the new name in the 'Name' box.

ADJUSTING THE FIT

It may be necessary to adjust the placement of your Xcite! X2 Cock to fit your particular body shape. To do this, simply wear the Xcite! X2 Cock and then right click on it and select 'Edit'. It is helpful to be using a pose stand when altering the position of your items. To alter the position, grab and pull the little red, green and blue arrows you will see when editing the Xcite! X2 Cock. Holding the CTRL key will allow you to rotate the item. When finished, exit Edit mode by closing the Edit window. Do not use the Edit window to adjust the size of your Xcite! X2 Cock - any alterations to size made this way will revert to the default size the next time your Xcite! X2 Cock starts an arousal cycle.

ADJUSTING THE SIZE

To adjust the size of your Xcite! X2 Cock, select the 'Resize' button from the Options menu. To decrease the size, simply click the 'Smaller' button until you reach the appropriate size (the minimum value will be 0.75). To increase size, click the 'Larger' button until you reach the size you want (the maximum value will be 2.00). When you have finished, click the 'Done' button.

ADJUSTING ERECTION ANGLE

In some cases you may find that the default angle of your Xcite! X2 Cock may not be completely appropriate, for example, while on a poseball that involves a horizontal position. To accommodate this, the Xcite! X2 Cock comes with a Tilt feature that will allow you to designate an angle, up to 50 degrees, to which the Xcite! X2 Cock will rotate. To accomplish this, select the 'Tilt' button from the Options menu. From here, select the angle to which you would like to adjust your Xcite! X2 Cock. To restore the default angle when you are finished, simply choose "0" from the Tilt menu.

THE MORE.... BUTTON

As you make changes and additions to your Xcite! X2 Cock you may notice that the main menu upon left clicking the Xcite! X2 Cock will fill up. Second Life restricts the number of buttons per menu to 12, so should your main menu end up having more than 12 buttons on it, the main menu will adjust to include a 'More...' button which will lead to a second page of menu items. If you are looking for a particular button on the main menu and do not see it (for example the 'Options' button), try clicking the 'More...' button, as it may have been moved to the second menu page.

A REALISTIC COCK!

Our Xcite! X2 Cock is meant to be realistic (within reason, of course). If you want genitalia that's the size of a horse and stays rock hard for hours, then there are plenty of unrealistic cocks on the market already. Ours contain the following features:

- Fluid movement throughout erection
- Orgasms that last around 15 seconds
- Hard-ons that go limp over time in the absence of additional stimulation
- A refractory period after orgasm that will make it more difficult to become aroused
- Interacts with other Xcite! compatible items such as cock rings, other body parts and toys.

While you may at first think that some of these things are drawbacks, read on and find out how they are actually fun benefits!

AROUSAL

Your Xcite! X2 Cock will become aroused through a variety of stimulations. Arousal is expressed as a percent, where 0% is flaccid and 100% is orgasm. Unlike other cocks on the market, the Xcite! X2 Cock is not limited to 2 or 3 states of arousal. The X2 cock is the first to introduce a revolutionary new technology that requires no extra geometry, no invisible prims, and an actual smooth progression between limp and hard states of arousal. Your Xcite! X2 Cock will expand and grow and shift upwards like a real cock does, right before your eyes, with no discernible states and no switching of geometry. No more pressing the ALT key and seeing a mess of geometry down there. No more problems with changing the texture or color of your cock and having to worry about multiple states and messing up the transparency. It's one cock, it moves realistically, and no other cock can measure up.

People may click on your Xcite! X2 Cock and play with it by selecting from a series of Actions presented in a dialog menu structure. Each Action may increase or decrease your arousal. Other items which support the Xcite! technology will also affect your arousal. For example, if you are wearing the Xcite! Nipples, and someone plays with them, your Xcite! X2 Cock will respond and become hard on its own. This is the beauty of the Xcite! system.

Should YOU click on your Xcite! X2 Cock, you will see a different menu than the menu presented when others click on your Xcite! X2 Cock. This is by design, since the sorts of actions you would perform on your Xcite! X2 Cock will naturally differ from those that others might perform.

As your Xcite! X2 Cock travels through the arousal cycle, your Xcite! X2 Cock may emote to spatial, informing others how aroused you are, and also play sounds to enhance this (all such reactions can be suppressed...see 'Cock Talk" below).

ORGASM

Orgasm happens when your arousal reaches 100%. It is an automatic process, and will most likely be triggered by forces outside of your control. Orgasm will result in an animation being played and a particle effect. You can easily substitute your own animation by dragging the new animation into the Contents of your Xcite! X2 Cock and then updating the Xcite! Settings notecard to use it instead of the default animation(please consult the Xcite! X2 Cock Customization Guide, accessible via the 'Help' button in your Xcite! X2 Cock's Options menu or online at http://www.getxcite.com/help, for more information on how to do this). You can also add sound effects as well by buying optional sound packs.

Orgasm length is dictated by the type of genitals you own. Men normally experience a 15 second orgasm. This length can be altered through the use of Accessories.

REFRACTORY PERIOD

Your Xcite! X2 Cock, equipped with realism yet unseen in Second Life, comes with an automatic refractory period. The refractory period happens after orgasm and normally lasts around 30 minutes. During this period, you will find it harder, but not impossible, to achieve an erection or an additional orgasm. The further into the period you are, the less of an effect it will have. This means that you'll find it easier to get aroused 20 minutes into the refractory period than 10. Again, at no time is arousal impossible.

The refractory period can be altered through the use of Accessories. Some Accessories will reduce it, some might prolong it, and others will even eliminate it for those who don't wish to experience this.

CHASTITY

Your Xcite! X2 Cock is equipped with an understanding of chastity devices. Should you be wearing a chastity device that is compatible with the Xcite! system, your Xcite! X2 Cock will not allow you to reach orgasm.

Different chastity devices may affect your Xcite! X2 Cock in different ways. Some may allow full arousal, but no orgasms, others may prevent any arousal at all. Please check the documentation of your chastity device for details.

Removing the chastity device will immediately remove the barrier.

XTRA! XTRA!

Xtras are a type of "plug-in" that is actually a PART of your Xcite! X2 Cock. These may take the form of scripts or even physical objects such as piercings or cock rings. Many Xcite! Cocks may come with some Xtras built right in.

Xtras react properly to changes in visibility, discretion and any of the other controls for your Xcite! X2 Cock. Each Xtra may have a different effect, check the documentation for the Xtra for details.

Xtras also have their own menu for controls. You may find these menus (one for each Xtra) by left clicking your Xcite! X2 Cock, selecting 'Xtras', and then selecting the specific Xtra you wish to control. The Xtras menu will not show if you have no Xtras installed.

WEARING YOUR COCK 24/7

Your Xcite! X2 Cock was designed to be able to be worn all the time, should you wish to do so. There are a few settings to assist you with this. When wearing clothing, you will want to click your Xcite! X2 Cock, select the 'Options...' menu, and then select 'Hide'. This will make your cock invisible until you go back in and select 'Show'. Keep in mind that, even though your Xcite! X2 Cock may be invisible to the unaided eye, someone hitting 'alt' or showing invisible objects may be able to see the evidence of your invisible organ. Be aware also that even though your cock may be invisible, others can still touch it and play with it unless you take steps to prevent this.

The second option in that same menu is 'Discreet' which will prevent your Xcite! X2 Cock from saying anything to spatial. While our Xcite! X2 Cock is not normally talkative, it will at times notify the people around about your arousal state and important actions, so the ability to hide this text can be useful. Please note that turning on 'Discreet' does not prevent you from getting aroused if someone clicks on your Xcite! X2 Cock, it merely turns off the spatial chatter associated with arousal changes.

Your Xcite! X2 Cock can also be "numbed". When your Xcite! X2 Cock is numb, it will not become further aroused. You may numb your Xcite! X2 Cock by selecting 'Numb' from the Options menu. In the same menu you will find an 'Un-numb' button to reverse this setting. You may find it useful to put your Xcite! X2 Cock in Numb mode when visiting PG areas, in public areas, or when you are just not in the mood. Please note that making your Xcite! X2 Cock numb will not prevent people attempting to play with it, nor will it suppress any messages related to playing with your Xcite! X2 Cock. It only prevents further arousal.

COCK TALK

We understand that many people are put off by the concept of a talking body parts. They're embarrassed and unable to wear their body parts in many situations because of the spam and inappropriate text that some of the body parts here in Second Life send out. With Xcite!, we're far less concerned with broadcasting our name out to spatial than with your experience with the item that you've purchased.

As such, we have built in many levels of controls to allow your Xcite! X2 Cock to speak or not, the choice is up to you. Those options are outlined below.

In the Xcite! Settings notecard, located inside your Xcite! X2 Cock, you will see a setting called 'spatial'. This may be set to 'whisper', 'say' or 'none'. Setting it to 'none' will squelch all output to spatial. Setting it to 'say' or 'whisper' will do the appropriate things...keep in mind that 'whisper' has a much smaller range than 'say'. The default setting is 'whisper'. To change this setting, right click on your Xcite! X2 Cock and select 'Edit' from the radial menu. Click on the 'Contents' tab in the Edit window (if you do not see a Contents tab click the 'More' button), and then right click on the 'Xcite! Settings' notecard you will find listed and select 'Open' from the radial menu. Scroll down through the document until you reach the part where the 'spatial' line occurs:

spatial|whisper

Change the word 'whisper' to either 'say' or none', depending on what setting you prefer. When you are finished, click the Save button at the bottom of the notecard window, and then close the notecard. The Xcite! X2 Cock is equipped with an Auto-Reset feature that resets the appropriate scripts any time a change is made to the item, so you will see messages indicating that the Settings are being reset. When this completes, the new setting will now be in effect.

In addition, there is a 'Discreet' mode on your Xcite! X2 Cock accessible via the Options menu. Selecting 'Discreet' will suppress all further audio and spatial text messages from the Xcite! X2 Cock until you go back in and select 'Indiscreet'.

One final note is that your Xcite! X2 Cock will often send you messages that only you can see. These "owner" messages give you status on your Xcite! X2 Cock, tell you when someone is playing with it, etc. Although these messages may look like standard chat, only you will be able to see them. Generally, all owner messages begin with two asterisks.

LOSING YOUR COCK

As silly as it may sound at first, it is entirely possible that as a result of Second Life's less-than-friendly user interface you may at some point misplace your Xcite! X2 Cock. It is always best to do an Inventory Search first when you cannot find your Xcite! X2 Cock, as most of the time the item is simply sitting someplace you don't expect in inventory. If the item was lost in conjunction with a sim or system crash it is recommended that you clear your cache and log out of Second Life entirely before doing the Inventory Search.

To clear your cache select 'Preferences' from the Edit menu at the very top of your SL window. Go to the Network tab in the Preferences window, and then hit the 'Clear Cache' button. You will then need to log out of SL completely.

To do an Inventory Search, type the word 'xcite' into the Search box at the very top of your Inventory window. (If you have renamed your Xcite! X2 Cock you will need to choose a word that appears in the item's new name... for example 'cock' if you renamed it to 'Fred's Cock'.) The Search will bring up all the items in your Inventory, including your Trash folder, that have that word in the name. You can then move the item in Inventory to a better location if desired.

If you lose your Xcite! X2 Cock on the ground the first thing to do is turn on See Invisible mode, as the Xcite! X2 Cock may be in invisible mode and thus difficult to see. Hit Control-Alt-T to turn on (and off) See Invisibles mode. With this mode on, check the ground around where you dropped the Xcite! X2 Cock - it will appear as a small semi-transparent red shape. When you find it, right click on it and select 'Take' from the Radial menu.

Finally, if you still cannot find your Xcite! X2 Cock do not despair - your Xcite! X2 Cock will, if left rezzed in the world for more than 60 minutes, send you an IM indicating its location by sim name and coordinates. You can use this information to locate the Xcite! X2 Cock specifically, or to at the very least determine the area to start looking. Only one such message will be sent so be sure to hold onto the information until you find the item.

IGNORE LIST

We hate having to think of such things, but there may be cases where you don't want a particular individual, or individuals, touching your Xcite! X2 Cock, forcing you to respond sexually to them. For that reason, we have included the capability of an Ignore List.

To add someone to your Ignore List, right click on your Xcite! X2 Cock and select 'Edit' from the radial menu. Click on the 'Contents' tab in the Edit window (if you do not see a Contents tab click the 'More' button), and then right click on the 'Xcite! Settings' notecard you will find listed and select 'Open' from the radial menu. Scroll down through the document until you reach the part where Ignore and Allow lists are discussed. Below the Ignore and Allow command lines add a line like the following:

ignore|Person's Name

with 'Person's Name' being replaced by the full name of the person whom you wish to ignore. When you are finished, click the Save button at the bottom of the notecard window, and then close the notecard. The Xcite! X2 Cock is equipped with an Auto-Reset feature that resets the appropriate scripts any time a change is made to the item, so you will see messages indicating that the Settings are being reset. When this completes, the new setting will now be in effect - the person is now on your Ignore List.

To remove someone from your Ignore List once they have been placed there, simply repeat the above process and either delete or 'comment out' the appropriate owner lines in the Xcite! Settings notecard by putting a '#' in front of them, for example:

# ignore|Person's Name

Be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the notecard window for your changes to take full effect.

Make certain to spell their full name correctly. You can add as many lines like this as needed to ignore everyone you need to, up to the limit of memory. The next time any of those people try to touch your Xcite! X2 Cock you will receive a message notifying you of the attempt and that it was blocked.

If you own the Xcite! HUD Control Panel you may also dynamically add people to your Ignore list using the 'Ignore/Allow' button on the Xcite! HUD Control Panel. Please note that resetting or detaching either the Xcite! HUD Control Panel or your Xcite! X2 Cock may affect whether or not the Xcite! HUD Control Panel Ignore List is active. Consult the Xcite! HUD Control Panel Manual, accessible by clicking the '?' button on the Xcite! HUD Control Panel interface, for more information about Ignore Lists set in this way.

ALLOW LIST

An Allow List is the opposite of an Ignore List. Instead of listing the people who cannot play with you, you list the people who can, and anyone NOT on this list is ignored. This is great for those who only want to play with a specific partner, or a small group of people.

To add someone to your Allow List, right click on your Xcite! Below the Ignore and Allow command lines add a line like the following:

allow|Person's Name

with 'Person's Name' being replaced by the full name of the person whom you wish to add to your Allow List. When you are finished, click the Save button at the bottom of the notecard window, and then close the notecard. The Xcite! X2 Cock is equipped with an Auto-Reset feature that resets the appropriate scripts any time a change is made to the item, so you will see messages indicating that the Settings are being reset. When this completes, the new setting will now be in effect - the person is now on your Allow List.

To remove someone from your Allow List once they have been placed there, simply repeat the above process and either delete or 'comment out' the appropriate owner lines in the Xcite! Settings notecard by putting a '#' in front of them, for example:

# allow|Person's Name

Be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the notecard window for your changes to take full effect.

Make certain to spell their full name correctly. You can add as many lines like this as needed to Allow everyone you need to, up to the limit of memory.

If you own the Xcite! HUD Control Panel you may also dynamically add people to your Allow list using the 'Ignore/Allow' button on the Xcite! HUD Control Panel. Please note that resetting or detaching either the Xcite! HUD Control Panel or your Xcite! X2 Cock may affect whether or not the Xcite! HUD Control Panel Allow List is active. Consult the Xcite! HUD Control Panel Manual, accessible by clicking the '?' button on the Xcite! HUD Control Panel interface, for more information about Allow Lists set in this way.

Note that you may only have an Ignore List OR an Allow List, but not both. If you place anyone on your Allow List, the Ignore list is disregarded.

SOUND PACKS

Your Xcite! X2 Cock ships without any sound effects by default. This is intentional as we offer a variety of "sound packs" that can easily be dropped into your Xcite! X2 Cock, allowing you to choose a voice talent that you like, or allowing you to save money if you prefer to record your own or use sound effects you already own. There is a fully functional sound engine inside your Xcite! X2 Cock should you wish to use your own sounds. For more information on Xcite! Audio Packs, check out the Audio Packs display at the Xcite! Store on Eventide Island. Please note that your Xcite! AUdio Packs will be affected by your 'Discreet' setting if you choose to use it - setting your Xcite! X2 Cock to 'Discreet' will suppress all audio as well as spatial text messages.

ANIMATIONS

Your Xcite! X2 Cock is equipped with custom animations that play during masturbation or orgasm. By default, these animations do not play when you are sitting (this includes using a pose ball) as they would cause you to stand up, breaking your current action. If you wish to replace these animations with custom animations, simply put your custom animations into the Contents of your Xcite! X2 Cock and edit the appropriate section of the "Xcite! Animations" notecard (for more information on how to do this, please refer to the Xcite! X2 Cock Customization Guide, accessible via the 'Help' button in your Xcite! X2 Cock Options menu, or online at http://www.getxcite.com/help.) Note that you may also turn all animations off using the notecard as well.

You may also specify individual animations to play with each action specified in the 'Xcite! Settings' notecard (for more information on how to do this, please refer to the Xcite! X2 Cock Customization Guide, accessible via the 'Help' button in your Xcite! X2 Cock Options menu, or online at http://www.getxcite.com/help.). These animations also will not play while sitting or on a pose ball.

XCITE CHANNELS

The Xcite! system communicates on one of ten different channels. In the settings file, you can specify which channel you want your Xcite! X2 Cock to listen on by changing the setting titled 'xchannel'. This can be a number from 1 to 10.

The channels being used are not actually chat channels 1-10 in the world...we use high numbered random channels to avoid all conflicts.

You may change the channel at will. Keep in mind that by doing so, your Xcite! X2 Cock will be listening to a different channel, and all OTHER Xcite! objects that you want your Xcite! X2 Cock to interact with will need to be set to the same channel! As such, there is a great benefit to keeping your Xcite! X2 Cock and your equipment on the normal channel 1, since most of the other Xcite! equipment in the world is likely set to that channel as well. However, if you want a more private experience without outside interference, you may wish to change this setting.

SECURITY

The Xcite! X2 Cock incorporates secure protocol communication designed to ensure that only approved Xcite! devices can affect your Xcite! parts. You can control the level of security through the 'Security' button in the Options menu - there are three settings:

Off - turns security off entirely. (This is the default setting.)
Low - provides a warning message the first time a new device that is not broadcasting securely attempts to affect your Xcite! genitals, but does not prevent the communication from happening.
High - requires that all comminication with your Xcite! genitals be done securely and blocks all communication that does not make use of the secure protocol.

It is recommended that for now you not set your Security level to 'High' unless you believe you are being affected by an unauthorized device as this will likely block many interactions that you want as well as those you don't. We are in the process of modifying the entire Xcite! line of products to work with this new secure system, and these changes will be made available to current customers through free Upgrades as they become available. Once this update phase is complete we will strongly encourage users to turn up their Security settings.

UPGRADES

As an owner of an Xcite! item, you may receive free 'point' upgrades for the foreseeable future. This means that as we add new features and fix problems with our line of items you may get these changes for free. If and when we add a slew of new features that result in a significant change in abilities to your items, we may charge a fee.

Your Xcite! X2 Cock will alert you automatically when a new version is available. You will receive a spatial text message the first time you wear your Xcite! X2 Cock after a new release has been made available. This message will occur only once (so you will not be badgered by upgrade notices), but may also mean that you miss the message if you do not happen to notice it. It is best to periodically check the Xcite! Upgrade Center for upgrades rather than rely exclusively on this notification message.

To Upgrade your Xcite! X2 Cock simply click the 'Upgrade' button in the Options menu while standing in the Upgrade Center in the Xcite! store on Eventide Island. Please check for notices in the Upgrade Center for changes to the Upgrade procedure for your item.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns of all Xcite! items for an exchange or a full refund provided the following conditions are met:

- Items may only be returned/exchanged by the original purchaser.

- Items must be returned intact, with all scripts and other items inside.

- Items must be returned within one week of the purchase date.

- Items must have been purchased from an Official Xcite! store (not second hand, for example).

- Partial returns are not accepted (you cannot return a part of the Starter Kit, for example).

- Returns by individuals who have been banned from Eventide Island will not be accepted.

We provide this policy for the benefit of all our customers so that they may feel secure shopping with us. We ask that our customers not abuse it. This is not meant as a "try before you buy" plan.

In order to make a return or exchange, please contact Nyteshade Vesperia. It may take a varying amount of time to respond to your request, but be assured that all returns and exchanges will be processed in a timely manner.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

There are three ways to receive customer support for your new item:

The first way is to click the 'Help' button from the Xcite! X2 Cock Options menu. This will direct you to our comprehensive online Xcite! Knowledge Base which will contain answers to the vast majority of your customer support questions.

If the answer to your question cannot be found in the Knowledge Base the second way is to join the Xcite! group in Second Life (search for the group in the Find window, it's free to join). Ask your question in the group's chat channel, and often an Xcite! customer service rep or another customer will have the answer for you.

The third way is to contact Javier Puff or Nyteshade Vesperia directly. There may be times when they are unavailable, offline, or otherwise unable to respond to your query, in which case asking your question on the Xcite! channel may get you the help you need faster. Be assured however that questions received while offline will be addressed when they are back online.

Please confine your Customer Support requests to issues directly relating to Xcite! products only. While Xcite! Customer Support is always eager to assist customers, we cannot realistically be expected to provide one-on-one tutorials on basic Second Life operations, such as how to wear items, how to resize/re-position worn items, etc. There are plenty of tutorial services and resources available to new SL residents, and we strongly encourage everyone to make use of them as needed.

Thank you for your purchase, and we hope you enjoy your new Xcite! X2 Cock!
