Return Procedure

Copiable Items

Please note that many Copiable items are NOT RETURNABLE.  Some items, like many X4 items, are licensed and so are eligible to be returned.  Unlicensed Copiable items cannot be returned - an Xcite! Staff Member will be able to confirm for you wether or not your copiable item is licensed.

To return a Copiable Xcite! item, send an IM to an Xcite! Staff Member to verify that you may return the item and provide a reason for the return. If an acceptable reason is not provided the Return will not be processed until one is provided. Your Copiable Xcite! item is No Transfer so you will not be sending any objects back.  You will be surrendering your license to use the returned item, which means that after the return you will not be able to use your item (in the case of X4 body parts, for example, you will not be able to Configure or Sync), and eventually it will become unusable. 

No Copy Items

To return a No Copy Xcite! item, send an IM to an Xcite! Staff Member to verify that you may return the item and provide a reason for the return. If an acceptable reason is not provided the Return will not be processed until one is provided.  You must contact an Xcite! Staff member before sending an item back. Items that are sent without prior contact may be lost and will not be replaced or refunded. The Staff Member will provide you with any special instructions you might need to proceed.

It may take a varying amount of time to respond to your request, but be assured that all returns and exchanges will be processed in a timely manner.
