Before Contacting Customer Support
Before contacting our support team, please make sure you've checked our online knowledge base. The full
documentation for the ToKon system is all there, and it's searchable. Very often contacting our support team may mean a short wait, or even a
wait of several hours if you try to contact us off-hours. The fastest way to an answer is using the knowledge base, so please give it a shot!
You should also check out the tutorial videos in our Help Center, if you haven't already done so. They provide an excellent
introduction to the system and answer many basic questions.

Contacting Customer Support
If you can't find your answer in the knowledge base, and you own a ToKon Slave HUD or a ToKon Professional HUD, you are welcome to contact our support staff within
Second Life at any time. Send an IM directly to Denalis Daehlie or Nyteshade Vesperia. Even if they are not online, your IM will be stored in our
automated ticket system.
We regret we cannot offer product support for the "freebie" owner's HUD. Please read below for further information.
Please note that all customer service requests are entered into our tracking system and are handled in the order they are received. Very often this
means you will not receive an immediate reply, and we thank you for your patience as we handle the requests in the proper order.

Got the Freebie Owner's HUD?
The "freebie" Owner's HUD is provided without cost as part of a slave HUD purchase, or available from the Xcite! stores. As stated, it's 100% free and
distributable. It's a fully featured HUD and we give it away free so that the widest possible number of people can access the slaves who purchase the
slave HUD.
Because it's free, we do not offer any kind of customer support for those who use it. Our customer support resources are limited and thus we need to
reserve those resources for those who have paid good money to receive them. If you have the freebie HUD and are having a problem accessing a slave
using the ToKon Slave HUD, you should have that slave contact us, or if you are the one who purchased it for them, feel free to contact us yourself.
