Before Contacting Customer Support
Before contacting our support team, please make sure you've checked our online knowledge base. The full
documentation for the X4 body parts is all there, and it's searchable. Very often contacting our support team may mean a short wait, or even a
wait of several hours if you try to contact us off-hours. The fastest way to an answer is using the knowledge base, so please give it a shot!
You should also check out the tutorial videos in our Help Center, if you haven't already done so. They provide an excellent
introduction to the x4 system and answer many basic questions.

Contacting Customer Support
If you can't find your answer in the knowledge base you are welcome to contact our support staff within
Second Life at any time. Send an IM directly to Denalis Daehlie or Nyteshade Vesperia. Even if they are not online, your IM will be stored in our
automated ticket system.
You can also use our Online Customer Service Form to enter your support request.
Please note that all customer service requests are entered into our tracking system and are handled in the order they are received. Very often this
means you will not receive an immediate reply, and we thank you for your patience as we handle the requests in the proper order.
