We are happy to accept returns of all Xcite!™ items for an exchange or a full refund provided the following conditions are met:
- Items may only be returned/exchanged by the original purchaser.
- Items must be returned intact, with all scripts and other items inside.
- Items must be returned within one week of the purchase date.
- Items must have been purchased from an official Xcite!™ store or from the getxcite.com website (not second hand, for example).
- Partial returns are not accepted (you cannot return a part of the Starter Kit, for example).
- Returns by individuals who have been banned from Eventide Island will not be accepted.
- A reason for the return must be provided.
We provide this policy for the benefit of all our customers so that they may feel secure shopping with us. We ask that our customers not abuse it. This is not meant as a "try before you buy" plan.
In order to make a return or exchange, please contact Nyteshade Vesperia within Second Life. It may take a varying amount of time to respond to your request, but be assured that all returns
and exchanges will be processed in a timely manner.
