Role-Play Mode

Role-play Mode is a quick setting useful for situations where you want to, in one step, disable features that many role-players want to control themselves while role-playing.  This includes disabling menus, silencing spatial text, and turning off all automatic arousal:

1. Click the 'My Body' button on the main window of your X4 HUD.
2. Click the 'Settings' button in the middle of the 'My Body' window.
3. Click the 'Roleplay' button in the lower right corner of the My Body Settings window.

You will notice that the Chat, Arousal Increase Hold and Arousal Decrease Hold buttons on your X4 HUD will turn red to indicate that they are off.

To turn off Role-play mode simply return to the My Body Settings window and click the 'Defaults' button in the lower right corner. You can also choose to re-enable manually any of the different affected features if you prefer.
