What is it?
The X4 ElectroShock 6000 is, essentially, a chastity device for the X4 Cock which uses electric shocks to prevent arousal. While you are wearing it, if your arousal level goes above 30% you will be shocked until your arousal decreases below that level. The ElectroShock 6000 also enables use of a Special Effect called 'Brief Shock' which you can, at your discretion, incorporate into custom Actions - this means you can create custom buttons in your X4 Genitals menu that will allow other people to 'zap' you at will. ElectroShock 6000 activation includes a sound effect, visual effect, animation and expression. Your ElectroShock 6000 can be put on and locked by your Owner, if you have one.
How Do I Get One?
The Xcite! X4 ElectroShock 6000 may be purchased at any official in-world Xcite! shop in the same area where the X4 Cock is sold, from the Xcite! website and from the SL Marketplace.
IMPORTANT: The Xcite! X4 ElectroShock 6000 is an Add-On for your X4 Genitals, which means that when you buy it it is NOT delivered to you as an object that needs to be installed. It is automatically installed for you into your X4 Configuration webpage so that you can, at your discretion, choose to load or unload it from your X4 Genitals as you prefer.
How Do I Load My X4 ElectroShock 6000?
Once you have purchased your X4 ElectroShock 6000 you will want to load it onto your X4 Genitals:
1. Wear your X4 Genitals. (If this is the first time you are wearing your X4 Genitals they will perform an automatic initial sync - allow this sync to finish before clicking anything.)
2. Left click your X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
3. From the dialog box select ‘Configure’.
4. Load the webpage to which you are directed.
5. You will be looking at your Configure web page Profile page. Find the Profile for your X4 Cock (unless you have created more than one Profile there will only be one).
6. From the dropdown menu next to that Profile select ‘Change Appearance’.
7. Scroll down the Appearance page until you get to the section called ‘Chastity’ under ‘Cock & Ball Piercings and Accessories’ and place a check in the box next to ‘ElectroShock 6000’.
8. Click the ‘Apply Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.
9. Back in-world, left click your X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
10. From the dialog box select ‘Sync’.
11. From the dialog box select ‘Reload’.
Be sure to allow the sync to finish before you try doing anything else. Your X4 Genitals should now include your X4 ElectroShock 6000.
Using My ElectroShock 6000
You use the Hide/Show feature in your X4 HUD or your X4 Genitals to simulate 'putting on' and 'taking off' your ElectroShock 6000 once it is loaded onto your X4 Genitals. The chastity effect will begin as soon as it is put on. Please note that the chastity effect will only be active when the ElectroShock 6000 is loaded on your X4 Genitals AND visible. It will not be active if you have your ElectroShock 6000 hidden.
You will also not be able to use Actions that incorporate the ‘zap’ effect unless your ElectroShock 6000 is loaded on your X4 Genitals AND visible.
To Put On your X4 ElectroShock 6000:
1. Wear your X4 Genitals and X4 HUD.
2. Click the 'My Body' button on the main window of your X4 HUD.
3. Click the genitals region on the paper doll on the My Body window.
4. Click the 'Hide/Show' button on the next window.
5. From the list on the left side of the Hide/Show window click the ElectroShock 6000. When the name is in white text it will be showing. When the name is in grey text it will be hidden. Please note it may be necessary to click it on and off twice if your X4 Genitals are out of sync with your X4 HUD display. Please also note that if your Owner has locked your ElectroShock 6000 on (if the name appears as red text in the Hide/Show window) you will not be able to change its state.
OR
1. Wear your X4 Genitals.
2. Left click your X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
3. From the dialog box select ‘Hide/Show’.
4. From the dialog box select ‘ElectroShock 6000’. Please note it may be necessary to click it on and off twice if your X4 Genitals are out of sync with your menus. Please also note that if your Owner has locked your ElectroShock 6000 on you will not be able to change its state.
To ‘Zap’ yourself at will, or allow other people to ‘Zap’ you (creating a ‘Zap’ Action):
1. Wear your X4 Genitals.
2. Left click your X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
3. From the dialog box select ‘Configure’.
4. Load the webpage to which you are directed.
5. You will be looking at your Configure web page Profile page. Find the Profile for your X4 Cock (unless you have created more than one Profile there will only be one).
6. From the dropdown menu next to that Profile select ‘Change Actions’.
7. You will be looking at all the Actions you have loaded on your X4 Genitals. Click the ‘New Action’ button at the top of the page.
8. You will now create a new Zapping Action. Fill in the fields as is appropriate for what you want. A few guidelines:
- Make the ‘Button Name’ something short but meaningful
- Don’t use the ‘Sub-menu’ field unless you are very comfortable creating and organizing Actions in general.
- If you only want to be able to Zap yourself, set ‘Access’ to ‘Myself’. If you want other people to be able to zap you set ‘Access’ to ‘Everyone’ or ‘Everyone Except Me’. If you want just your Owner to be able to zap you set ‘Access’ to ‘Only My Owner’ or ‘Me and my Owner’.
- If you want the zapping Action to cause arousal set the Arousal Intensity to something other than 0 (but keep it a small number so that it cannot be abused.)
- If you want the amount of arousal (or unarousal) to be affected by your My Kink settings select the appropriate kink from the drop down menu next to ‘Kink’, otherwise don’t change this setting.
- If you want the zapping action to be accompanied by a custom animation or sound effect enter the name of the animation and/or sound files into the ‘Animation’ and ’Sound Effect’ fields. Important - if you include the name of a sound file or animation file these items MUST be installed in your Drop Box and you must be wearing your Drop Box for them to work.
- If you want your avatar to make a face when being zapped select one of the ‘Facial Expression’ options, otherwise do not change this setting.
- Select ‘Brief Shock’ from the drop down menu next to ‘Special Effect’.
- If you want spatial text to play whenever you are zapped enter the text you want said in the field next to ‘Text’, otherwise leave this field blank.
9. When you are done click the ‘Profiles’ tab at the top of the page.
10. Back in-world left click your X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
11. From the dialog box select ‘Sync’.
12. From the dialog box select ‘Reload’.
Be sure to allow the sync to finish before you try doing anything else. When the sync is complete your new ‘Zap’ Action should appear in the dialog box when the appropriate person clicks on your X4 Genitals.
IMPORTANT - the ‘zap’ effect will not occur unless you are wearing your X4 Genitals and your Electroshock 6000 is loaded and visible.
How Does My Owner Use my X4 Electroshock 6000?
If you have an Owner set for your X4 Genitals they will have complete access to your Electroshock 6000. They will be able to:
- load it onto your X4 Genitals
- put it on and take it off at their discretion
- lock it onto your X4 Genitals so that you cannot take it off
- create a ‘zap’ Action and load it onto your X4 Genitals (and then zap you)
To load the X4 Electroshock 6000 onto your slave’s X4 Genitals:
1. Make sure your slave is wearing their X4 Genitals and that they have added you as an Owner.
2. Left click your slave’s X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
3. From the dialog box select ‘Configure’.
4. Open the web page that is presented to you.
5. If your Profile page opens up switch to your Slave’s Profile by selecting their name from the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the Profiles page.
6. From the dropdown menu next to your Slave’s Cock Profile select ‘Change Appearance’.
7. Scroll down the Appearance page until you get to the section called ‘Chastity’ under ‘Cock & Ball Piercings and Accessories’ and place a check in the box next to ‘Electroshock 6000’.
8. Click the ‘Apply Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.
9. Back in-world, left click your slave’s X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
10. From the dialog box select ‘Sync’.
11. From the dialog box select ‘Reload’.
When the sync finishes your slave’s X4 Electroshock 6000 should be loaded.
To Put On/Take Off My Slave’s X4 Electroshock 6000:
1. Make sure your slave is wearing their X4 Genitals and that they have added you as an Owner.
2. Left click your slave’s X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
3. From the dialog box select ‘Hide/Show’.
4. From the dialog box select ‘Electroshock 6000’. Please note it may be necessary to click it on and off twice if your slave’s X4 Genitals are out of sync with your menus.
OR
1. Make sure your slave is wearing their X4 Genitals and that they have added you as an Owner. You will need to be in the same area as your Slave.
2. Wear your X4 HUD.
3. Click on the ‘Target’ button on the Home screen of your X4 HUD.
4. Click the ’Target’ button in the middle of the screen
5. From the dialog box select your Slave’s name.
6. Click the genitals region on the paper doll on the My Body window.
7. Click the 'Hide/Show' button on the next window.
8. From the list on the left side of the Hide/Show window click the Electroshock 6000. When the name is in white text it will be showing. When the name is in grey text it will be hidden. Please note it may be necessary to click it on and off twice if your slave’s X4 Genitals are out of sync with your X4 HUD display.
To Lock On My Slave’s X4 Electroshock 6000:
1. Make sure your slave is wearing their X4 Genitals and that they have added you as an Owner.
2. Left click your slave’s X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
3. From the dialog box select ‘Configure’.
4. Open the web page that is presented to you.
5. If your Profile page opens up switch to your Slave’s Profile by selecting their name from the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the Profiles page.
6. From the dropdown menu next to your Slave’s Cock Profile select ‘Change Appearance’.
7. Scroll down the Appearance page until you get to the section called ‘Chastity’ under ‘Cock & Ball Piercings and Accessories’ and place a check in the box next to ‘Electroshock 6000’ if there isn’t one already.
8. Click the small lock icon next to ‘Electroshock 6000’.
9. Click the ‘Apply Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.
10. Back in-world, left click your slave’s X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
11. From the dialog box select ‘Sync’.
12. From the dialog box select ‘Reload’.
To Create a ‘Zap’ Action for your slave’s X4 Genitals:
1. Make sure your slave is wearing their X4 Genitals and that they have added you as an Owner.
2. Left click your slave’s X4 Genitals and from the dialog box select ‘Options’.
3. From the dialog box select ‘Configure’.
4. Open the web page that is presented to you.
5. If your Profile page opens up switch to your Slave’s Profile by selecting their name from the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the Profiles page.
